R.I.P.

Late last night after being thoroughly humiliated on national television, I led the diseased, skeletal remains of PJ Carlesimo's head-coaching career out behind the Ford Center tool shed, loaded my rifle, and steadied my aim just long enough to mercifully put a bullet through it's skull. Today, I am a man.

Man, what a game. As a NOLA Hornets fan, thanks for the win, but damn. You guys took good care of us and we love you for it. You guys deserve better than this (just not our team, 'kay)
And I thought WE were having a bad season.

Hate to say it, but changing coaches won't help. The cancer is further up than that. The OKC Chunder will continue to fail.

This isn't fair, he only had 30% of the offense installed! You can't give up on him yet.

Dude P.J. is the man and a revolutionary basketball mind. He stresses defense first, fans leading the team to victory second, and having the most unbearable voice to listen to third.

Wish I could have been there when they announced it to the team. PJ is a total a-hole. However I'm somewhat disappointed he's gone. Was hoping for 40+ straight losses.

Did someone choke him before he left?

Well damnit anyhow, this is sad news. What will become of the Thunder Way now? Wasn't PJ a key part of the Thunder Way? As sad as I am, I guess this is good because now we can go after Phil Jackson, who I think will be a good fit here in OKC and will really connect with Lebron when he gets here in 2010. Much like how moving to OKC was the best thing to ever happen to the Seattle Son-crybaby-ics, I think Phil and Lebrons careers will finally hit their stride here in a real cosmipolitan media hub. And if we can't get Phil for some reason, I think pro-wrestler The Big Show is a no brainer second choice.
Go Boomers!

Man, who's going to bring the ACDC cd's to the arena night in and night out...

Unfortunately AC/DC was out of my price range. That's why we paid Oklahoma douche-rock outfit Hinder to cover 'Thunderstruck' for us. That's completely true.

Maybe the San Antonio way has more to do with drafting Tim Duncan, and less with hiring one of their assistant coaches/retread.
Presti should get to work drafting the next time Duncan right away.

Next up, Bennett named himself GM/coach, removed by the NBA for pulling a "Woody Hayes". Things get better right after that.

Beaten by the Hornets again. Uh-oh

Isn't this the part where Whoopie Goldberg leads the team to the championship?

Whatever you do, keep this blog going all season. This is the greatest sports team blog ever.

I never understood the whole PJ hiring in the first place. Its like the team was trying to alienate its fan base by putting a horrible product on the floor. Oh, wait...
