Kid Delicious v.1's

The new KD's. Put some spring in your ill-advised men's league 22-footers or shutdown 6 year-old bday parties. Your call.

UPDATE: More perspective on KD 1.0's set to debut tonight. Marketing 101: No press is bad press:
  • Deadspin: "Finally... sweet Jesus, Kevin Durant. Do you design your shoes in the dark?"
  • FanHouse: "Kevin Durant Came Out With These Shoes, Ronald McDonald Immediately Pissed"
  • FanIQ: "Kevin Durant's Shoes Are A Complete Nightmare"
  • RealGM Wiretap Archives: "Durant's Nike Shoes A Ronald McDonald Disaster?"

Does "Kid Delicious" do balloon animals? That is a great clown moniker by the way.

Has anyone seen the new KD commercial?

Nike goes completely generic. No mention of the OKC Boomers or OKC. They even have KD wear a generic black tshirt.

That has to make the okies upset since all they care about is getting noticed. They finally get a team and have 1 player worth national commercials, yet they get completely ignored.

Hmmmmm...you don't suppose it was KD who didn't want any mention of the team name, do ya?

Of course not!

KD will be out of OKC as soon as he can. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a blind okie fan.

Clay has done everything in his power to put a positive face on that unfortunate situation but there is no way in hell KD is going to take more money to stay in OKC when he will have real options in real cities.

HA HA HA Clay's so screwed when that happens.

My faith in the NBA blogosphere has been shaken. How the hell did you trick so many people? BilB is the photoshop MVP

Seems like the writer that commented that Durant is just sitting out his time in OKC until he can move to a real market may be on to something.

How soon until OKC wants to send the Sonics back to Seattle?

By the way, those are the ugliest shoes I have ever seen.
