Scotty Brooks makes Thunder History

Scotty Brooks etched his name into history this weekend by becoming the Thunder's all-time winningest head coach, tying the mark previously set by Thunder legend PJ Carlesimo. There were approximately 156 people on hand in Memphis to witness the event.

I went to check out the "Thunder History" page at the Oklahoman and saw that they've noted the recent coaching change, but have neglected or forgotten to update a lot of other stuff. Check it out here. Or better yet, take a look at this word cloud I made of the page and see if you can spot what I'm referring to:

I went ahead and made those corrections:

Feel free to use that, Mike Sherman.

Hey now...when you left town Clay you paid good money to take that history of the Seattle Sonics with you.

I'm sure knowing that Al Bianchi was your team's first coach is very reassuring to citizens of OKC.

Scotty man, you did. YOU FREAKING DID IT! I knew this day would come eventually, but so soon??? Congrats man, tying the franchise all-time win total is a dream for any coach. But to do it on the same night you match the season high win total?- that's just icing on the cake. Congrats Scotty.

Ah, the Grizzlies and the Thunder. Satan's two pet projects, playing for their eventual return to Pacific Northwest from whence they came.

Lots of fans dressed up as blue seats in that photo. And they say OKC can't draw anyone on the road.

I hope the Thunder continue to lose every single game, but then win the last 10 or so meaningless games so they don't get a good draft pick and continue to suck the next year.

and unlike his predecessor as coach of the Thunders, at least Scotty doesn't suck dick for cab fare and then walk home!
